desires, to expend fureds apportioned to it out of the California
Highway Users Tax Fund for aid to any City jr the improvement,
constructicn or repair of a street within a City; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors intends to, by appro-
priate action, provide in the County Budget of the Special Road
Improvement Purd for the Fiscal )feer 1965 a sum of
money for the improvement of streets qdthit tie ircorporated
cities of the County in accordance witt tie Orange County Arterial
Highway Financing Progrm.
NOW, PIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

hereby authorized and directed to forwerd a certified copy of this
resolution to the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, Califor-
nia, and a certified copy to the Courty Surveyor and Road Commis-
sioner, 400 West 8th Street, Sarta Alta, Celifornia.
