CITY OFFICIALS TO APPROVE REQUISITIONS DRAWN
BY CITYY OF ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA) STADIUM, INC.
WHEREAS, the proceeds of the sale of bonds of City of
Anaheim (California) Stadium, Inc. are or will be deposited with
Crocker Citizens National Bank as Trustee under an Indenture
dated as of October 1, 1964, and will be subject to withdrawal
from said Trustee only upon written requisitions duly executed
in accordance with the terms of said Indenture by said City of
Anaheim (California) Stadium, Inc. and approved or endorsed by
the proper City officials of the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim as follows:
In order to permit the withdrawal of moneys for the
purposes contemplated in said Indenture the Director of Public
Works of the City of Anaheim, or his duly authorized agent, is
authorized and directed to endorse or approve any requisition
for the payment of the cost of construction of the Facility
designated in the Indenture, which in his opinion is proper
and the City Manager of the City of Anaheim is hereby author-
ized to approve any written requisition of said City of Anaheim
(California) Stadium, Inc. for the payment of any expense inci-
dental to the Facility which in his opinion is proper, all as
provided by and in accordance with the terms of said Indenture,
dated as of October 1, 1964 between the City of Anaheim (Cali-
fornia) Stadium, Inc. and Crocker Citizens National Bank.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1964,
by the following vote:
AYES Councilmen Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler.
NOES Councilmen; None.
ABSENT: Councilmen: None.

said resolution is duly entered of record in the minutes, that
said resolution is a full, true and correct copy of the original
resolution adopted at said meeting and entered in said minutes,
that said resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded
since the date of its adoption and that the same is now in full
force and effect.
