A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
64R -44 IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63 -64 -58
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
January 28, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -44 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 63 -64 -58 finding and determining that the pro-
perty and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolu-
tion; and
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 6 and 8 of said resolution
read as follows:
"6. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifi-
cations on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked exhibits Nos. 1 and 2, Revision No. 2."
"8. That the completion of these reclassification
proceedings is contingent upon the granting of
Conditional Use Permit No. 503.
AND WHEREAS, revised plans and specifications for the
development of subject property have been submitted to the City
of Anaheim, together with a new application for a Conditional
Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution
No. 64R -44 should be amended to provide that subject property
be developed in accordance with the revised plans and specifi-
cations, and that the completion of Reclassification Proceedings
No. 63 -64 -58 be contingent upon the granting of the new Condi-
tional Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted reclassifying said property
and completing said change of zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -44 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63 -64 -58 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending Conditions Nos. 6 and 8 thereof to read
as follows:
t That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked Exhibits Nos. 1 through 8, Revision
No. 3.

That the completion of these reclassification
proceedings is contingent upon the granting of
Conditional Use Permit No. 645.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 64R -44 be and remain in full force and
effect.
