64-824WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 17, 1963 adopt Resolution No. 63R-1026 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 491 permitting the establishment of a new service station facility, including auto maintenance and repair, on the prop- erty therein described, subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 63R-1026 reads as follows: "6. That the old Morton Bay Fig Tree growing on subject property, which is approxi- mately 100 years old, shall be preserved." AND WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has re- quested that Condition No. 6 be deleted from said resolution, and the City Council does find that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-1026 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 491 be, and the same is hereby, amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 6. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 10th day of November, 1964.
