64-793ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 64R- 793 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE DEPOSIT OF CERTAIN SUMS IN COURT TO INSURE IMMEDIATE POSSESSION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 64R-670 did authorize the acquisition of the property described therein by eminent domain and directed the City Attorney to obtain immediate possession thereof; and WHEREAS, a competent appraisal of the property so taken reveals the necessity of depositing the sum of $1,800.00 with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Orange County to obtain an order of immediate possession. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver a City warrant in the amount of $1,800.00, made payable to W. E. St John, County Clerk, to the office of the City Attorney for deposit in Court. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 27th day of October, 1964.
