A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of _gULF OIL CORPORATION OF
CALIFORNIA a Delaware corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim t e fo lowing described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot -D -5 of
the Anaheim Vineyard Lots as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds
of Los Angeles County, California, and also on
a Map of the New Subdivision of said Lot D -5,
recorded in Book 17, page 72 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California,
lying Southeasterly of a curve concave North-
westerly having a radius of 15 feet, said
curve being tangent to the Westerly line of
Helena Street (60.00 feet in width) and the
Northerly line of Lincoln Avenue (89.5 feet in
width)
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and thw the City of Anaheim accept convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
