A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN
EXTENSION OF TIME FOR VARIANCE NO.
2194.
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. PC70-144 on August 10, 1970,
granting Variance No. 2194; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of Variance No. 2194 as set
forth in Resolution No. PC70-144 provides that said Variance shall
expire, or otherwise be subject to review for a possible extension
of time, on August 10, 1972; and
WHEREAS, the city of Anaheim has heretofore approved
various extensions of time to Variance No. 2194, the most recent of
which extensions of time expired on August 20, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an
application for a retroactive extension of said time limitation
pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore approved said
extension of time by its Resolution No. PC90-263 which decision was
subsequently set for hearing by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on said application on January 15, 1991, at which hearing
the City Council did receive and consider evidence, both oral and
documentary, relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that said Variance
No. 2194 is being exercised in a manner not detrimental to the
particular area and surrounding land uses, and nor to the public
peace, health, safety and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that said application for extension of said time
limitation be, and the same is hereby, approved and that said
Variance No. 2194 is hereby extended to expire on August 20, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the time within which a
rehearing must be sought is governed by the provisions of Section
1.12.100 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of January, 1991.
