91-012 RESOLUTION NO. 91R-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CUP No. 2296 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTIONS NO. 82R-240 and 86R-122 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted CUP No. 2296 on May 11,
1982, by Resolution No. 82R-240. as extended by Resolution No. 86R-
122; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
CUP No. 2296 for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
CUP No. 2296 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolutions No. 82R-240 and 86R122 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
city Council of the city of Anaheim thislSthday of January , 1991.
