RESOLUTION NO. 65R 162
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE C ITY OF NAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CALIFORNIA LUTHERAN BIBLE
SCHOOL, a California corporation
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An esement for road and

to sell to t e City of Anaheim t following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utilit •ur.oses
and more particular ;y described as ot`ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 45 feet of
the South half of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the center
line of Western Avenue is assumed to be the
Easterly line of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 14.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE II FURTHER RESOLVE that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is herby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
