1965-134WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District has
submitted to the City of Anaheim for approval, plans and speci-
fications for the construction of that portion of the Southeast
Anaheim Channel (Facility No. E12), from the Santa Ana River
Channel to Katella Avenue, across Parcel No. 109, in the City
of Anaheim, as shown on said District's Right of Way Map,
Map No. E12 -1, attached to and made a part of Agreement No.
BA65E12 -164 between the City and said Orange County Flood Con-
trol District, said plans and specifications being designated
"Specifications for the Construction of the Southeast Anaheim
Channel, from the Santa Ana River to Katella Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds after careful inspec-
tion and consideration, that the plans and specifications for
that portion of said project from the Santa Ana River Channel
to Katella Avenue across said Parcel No. 109, in the City of
Anaheim, should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the plans and specifications for that
portion of the project for the construction of the Southeast
Anaheim Channel (Facility No. E12), from the Santa Ana River
Channel to Katella Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, said plans
and specifications being designated "Specifications for the
construction of the Southeast Anaheim Channel, from the Santa
Ana River to Katella Avenue," be and the same are hereby ap-
proved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of February, 1965.
