1965-098WHEREAS, Resolution No. 64R -905 did authorize the
acquisition of the property described therein by eminent
domain and directed the City Attorney to obtain immediate
possession thereof; and
WHEREAS, a competent appraisal of the property
so taken revealed the necessity of depositing the sum of
$3,000.00 with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Orange
County to obtain an order of immediate possession; and
WHEREAS, said deposit has been made with the Clerk
of said Superior Court and the order of immediate possession
has issued.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RATIFYING THE DEPOSIT
HERETOFORE MADE OF CERTAIN SUMS IN COURT
TO INSURE IMMEDIATE POSSESSION OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it ratify and it does hereby
ratify the deposit of said $3,000.00 by the Director of
Finance with said County Clerk.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
