1965-094WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of February, 1965, the City
Council adopted Resolution No. 65R-82 authorizing the City
manager to proceed with the removal of trees on State College
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to save
said trees is too excessive, and
WHEREAS, there is considerable risk that the removal
of said trees will not be successful, and the City Council does
deem it to be in the public interest that said Resolution No.
65R-82 be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tie City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R-32 be, and the same
is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th Lay of February, 1965.
