over, under and across the Southerly 45 feet, as measured
at right angles from the center line of Crescent Avenue,
of the following described parcel of land:
The East one acre of the South 5 acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Note: For the purpose of this description the center line of
Crescent Avenue is considered to be the south line of
the above described parcel of land.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility overhang purposes
for electric power lines and crossarms over, under and across
the Easterly 3 feet of the following described parcel of land.
