RESOLUTION NO. 65R- 466
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -221 APPROVING A PROPOSED REVISION IN
THE ALIGNMENT OF THE FRONTAGE ROAD IN THE
NORTHEASTERLY QUADRANT OF THE JEFFERSON
STREET INTERCHANGE AT THE RIVERSIDE FREE-
WAY.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the original align-
ment of the frontage road in the northeasterly quadrant of the
Jefferson Street Interchange at the Riverside Freeway is prefer-
able to that authorized by Resolution No. 65R -221; and
WHEREAS, mutual benefit will be derived by the State,
the City and the owner of the property by rescinding the change
in the frontage road alignment, approved by Resolution No. 65R-
221, and returning to the original alignment as covered by the
executed Freeway Agreement between the City and the State, dated
December 15, 1964, covering the Riverside Freeway, Road 07- ORA -91,
between the westerly City limits near Dale Street and State
Route 55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -221 approving a pro-
posed revision in the alignment of the frontage road in the
northeasterly quadrant of the Jefferson Street Interchange at
the Riverside Freeway be, and the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of June, 1965.
