A RESOLUTION OF `_'1or:, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A, F
CONVEYING TO THE CIT OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBT,Tf
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road ai)d
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner f said property ha_s offered
to sell and convey the sae to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
WOW THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anshei that the offer of GULF OTT,CQBPQRATION
OF CALIFORNIA, a Delaware corporation,
to sell to the City of Aaashei the following described real
property situated in the City of An heim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and particularly described as follows
Excepting the Easterly 40.00 feet.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Easterly 265 feet of the
North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.S. M., described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Ball Road and
Beach Boulevard (formerly known as Stanton Avenue) as shown
on a Record of Survey filed in Book 15, page 21 of Record
of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California; thence South 0 10' 08" East along the
center line of said Beach Boulevard a distance of 330.10
feet; thence Westerly along a line perpendicular to center
line of said Beach Boulevard a distance of 40 feet; thence
North 0 10' 08" West a distance of 252.31 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89 49' 0" an
arc distance of 39.19 feet; thence South 89 38' 52" West
a distance of 200.25 feet; thence Northerly along a line
perpendicular to the center line of Ball Road a distance of
53 feet; thence North 89° 38' 52" East along the center
line of Ball Road a distance of 265 feet to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and thv the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
_the' City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
