A RESOLUTION OF ,y,T•,i: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CI ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER
LINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sanitary
sewer line purposes
and lessee
WHEREAS, the owner ,f a:id property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer ,1nd purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE s IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City ofahei; that the offer of ELECTRICAL WORKERS' BENEFIT
ASSOCIATION, owner, and LEO FREEDMAN. J
to sell to the City of Mahei the following described real
property situated in the City of Anahei County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sanitary
sewer line purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of a
sanitary sewer line under and across that portion of
Lot 20, Tract 190, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 23, page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a po!_nt on the Northerly line of the land
conveyed to Edison Securities Company, a corporation,
by deed recorded May 12, 1931 in Book 483, page 9 of
Official Records, distant Easterly along said Northerly
line 47.00 feet from the Northwest corner thereof;
thence continuing along said Northerly line,
North 89 56' 51 East, 10.00 feet; thence North
0 13' 12" West, 15.00 feet; thence parallel to said
Northerly line, South 89 56' 51" West, 10.00 feet;
thence South 0 13' 12" East, 15.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th =t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd d of June 1965
