A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
POLE AND ELECTRIC POWER LINE PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
pole electric power line purposes

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SOIC HORI and C HIKAKO
MARY HORI husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public utility
s ole and electric sower line .ur.oses
and more particular y descried as o ows:
An easement for poles and electric power line purposes
only, over, under and across the Easterly 4 feet of
the Westerly 49 feet, as measured at right angles to
the center line of Dowling Avenue, of Lot 4 of Block
4 of the Golden State Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the Westerly line
of said Lot 4 is assumed to be the center line of Dowling
Avenue.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s,:.id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
