A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90R-308
(NUNC PRO TUNC) ADOPTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 89-90-51
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Anaheim
granted Reclassification No. 89-90-51 by Resolution No. 90R-308
on August 14, 1990; and
WHEREAS, due to clerical error, inadvertence or
mistake, the legal description contained in Resolution No. 90R-
308 was not correct; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim wishes
to amend Resolution No. 90R-308, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
correct legal description.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AS FOLLOWS:
The legal description contained in Resolution No. 90R-
308 is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
"THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP
4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST IN THE RANCHO LOS
COYOTES, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AS PER MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 41, PAGE 11 OF MISCELLANEOUS
MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
SAID COUNTY.
EXCEPT THE NORTH 666.00 FEET.
ALSO EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 60.00 FEET OF THE
EASTERLY 270.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 22.00
FEET OF SAID EAST HALF."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted, nunc
pro tunc, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day
of June, 1991 ·
