A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SAMUEL POP and ALMA M.
POP husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of An �heim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet of the South
half of Lot Three of the Golden State Tract No. 2,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 68 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 200.00 feet conveyed
to the City of Anaheim by easement deed recorded March
24, 1965 in Book 7457, page 730 of Official Records, and
that portion conveyed to the State of California by deed
recorded March 3, 1958 in Book 4214, page 314 of Official
Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
