A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
ANIMAL REGULATION FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
adopted Chapter 8.08 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
animal licenses, permits and regulations; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 8.08 provides that license and permit
fees be established by resolution of the city Council; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
establish such fees; and
WHEREAS, the fees and charges hereinafter established
do not exceed the estimated reasonable costs of providing the
service for which the fee is charged; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore complied
with applicable requirements of Chapter 13.1 of Part 1 of
Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of
California concerning local agency service fees and charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that fees to be charged by the License
Collector in connection with animal regulation shall be as
follows:
A. Dog License $22.00/year
Neutered $11.00/year
B. Senior Citizen Dog License $11.00/year
Senior Citizen Neutered Dog License $ 5.50/year
C. Delinquent Fee $15.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that effective date of the fees
set forth herein shall be July 5, 1991

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of
