A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-125
NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1991, the City Council of the city
of Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 91R-125 and through
inadvertence and error the salary step range was omitted for the
job classification of Assistant Scoreboard Director; and the
salary schedules for Clerical Assistant and General Services
Worker were incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to amend
Resolution No. 91R-125 nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent
of the city Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 91R-125 is hereby
amended nunc pro tunc to reflect the following:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 91-125 be amended
to reflect the correct salary schedules and step ranges for the
following classifications:
SCHEDULE STEP
CLASSIFICATION NUMBER RANGE
Assistant Scoreboard Director A 1536 A-E
Clerical Assistant A 0794 J-E
General Services Worker A 0715 C-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein
Resolution No. 91R-125 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of June,
1991.
