WMEREAS, the Human Resources Director bas reo~L~L~ded in a staff
report dated May 24, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-49 be amended in the mara~_r
h~reirk3~ter set forth, effective May 24, 1991; and
WHt~IEAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend ~solution No.
91R-49 which established rates of c~L~ensation for classes assigned to the
General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
WHerEAS, the city Council of the city of Anaheim does find that the
afore~antioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective May 24, 1991 ~ October 10, 1991, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the city of Anaheim who are
now ~,~loyed or will in the future be ~1oyed in the classifications listed
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT ~ RESOLVED that all p~ovisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated Fe~ 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and the
General Unit of the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees Associations apply to the
foregoing classifications.
AND, BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein B~solution
No. 9LR-49 shall reinrain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Omaucil
of the city of Ark~heim this 4th day of June, 1991.
