RESOLUI~ON NO. 9/R-81 WHIC~ ESTABLISHED lqATES OF C~4P~2~SATION
FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESI6~AT~3 AS MIDDLE MANAG~4~2~T
WH~2~EAS, the Human Resources Director has reo~mL~-~led in a staff
report dated May 24, 1991, that the classification of Met_hods and
~ Supervisor be created, effective May 24, 1991; ~
WH~qEAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-81 which established rates of compensation for classifications
designated as Middle Management; and
W/~2~AS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, TH~P~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-81 be amended by adding the
following classification:
Classification Salary Ran~e
Methods and Standards Supervisor X CR13
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to l~solution No. 91R-81 is May 24, 1991.
AND, BE IT FURI~5~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein
Resolution No. 91R-81 shall remain in full force a~d effect.
