RESOLUITON NO. 9LR-79 WHI~{ ESTABLIS~D RATES OF GOMP~SATI~
FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGN~,,~3 AS SUP~-ISORY
WH~FAS, the H~an Resources Director has rec~.~ended in a staff
report dated May 24, 1991, that the classifications of Principal Engineer A and
Principal Engineer-B be created, effective May 24, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the r~ exists to amend P~solution No.
91R-79 which established rates of c~,~_nsation for classifications designated
~, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does fir~ t_hat thin
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Ar~hei~.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-79 be a~ended by adding the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Principal Engineer-A X
Principal Engineer-B X
BE IT ~ RF~OLV~D that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 91R-79 is May 24, 1991.
AND, BE IT FURTHt~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein Resolution
No. 9LR-79 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOI/3PION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of June, 1991.
