91-153 RESOLUTION NO. 91R - 153
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
CERTAIN QUITCLAIM DEEDS
WHEREAS, certain easement deeds to the City of Anaheim
were executed and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder;
and,
WHEREAS, it has been learned that the grantor of said
deeds either did not own the property or sold the property to
others prior to recordation of the deeds; and,
WHEREAS, said deeds are therefore insufficient to
convey said easements to the City of Anaheim; and,
WHEREAS, the current owner desires to clear the "cloud"
on the title to the property created by the deeds; and,
WHEREAS, the current owner is willing to grant new
easements to the City of Anaheim for City facilities located upon
the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said quitclaim deeds to Bi Ling Lin.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of June, 1991.
