91-152 RESOLUTION NO. 91R - 152
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A GRANT
DEED
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, by the
adoption of Resolution No. 90R-407, abandon a portion of Lincoln
Avenue just westerly of the Santa Ana River; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant for the abandonment did agree
to, and did, pay the City of Anaheim to abandon said portion of
Lincoln Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant has been unable to secure
a clear title report to enable the applicant to sell the property
including the area of the abandonment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a grant deed
to convey the property to the applicant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized and directed to deliver the executed deed to
the applicant.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of June, 1991.
