A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 91R-83 PERTAINING TO
THE ABANDONMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
ON THE EAST SIDE OF STATE COLLEGE
BOULEVARD, NORTH OF KATELLA AVENUE
(Aband, 90-17A)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 91R-83 was adopted by the City
Council on the 19th day of March, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, said resolution contains certain conditions
precedent to the effectiveness of said resolution; and,
WHEREAS, said conditions are adequately secured and
addressed in a development agreement heretofore entered between
the City of Anaheim and the developer of the property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Resolution No.
91R-83 be, and it is hereby amended, by deleting conditions nos.
2, 3, and 4 of said Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of
June, 1991.
