A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of OLIVER GOLDSMITH BAKER, also
known as Oliver G. Baker, a widower, BEATRICE V. BREWER, a married
woman, who acquired titl- as Beatrice V. Baker, a single woman,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Easterly one -half of the North-
east quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said Section is shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point distant North 0 10' 16" West 248.12 feet
and South 89 43' 53" West 72.61 feet from the Southeast corner
of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Sec-
tion 14; thence North 0 16' 07" West 32.00 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve concave to the Northwest and having a radius
of 25.00 feet a radial passing through said point of beginning
bears North 0 16 07 West; thence Northeasterly along said
curve through a central angle of 91 41' 08" an arc distance
of 40.01 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent curve concave
Westerly and having a radius of 15,934.00 feet; a radial line
passing through said point bears South 88 02' 45" West; thence
Southerly along last mentioned curve through a central angle
of 0 24 38.6 an arc distance of 114.22 feet to a point of
cusp with a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 25.00 feet, a radial line passing through said point
bears South 88 27'23.6" West; thence Northwesterly along
said last mentioned curve through a central angle of 88 43'
30.6 an arc distance of 38.71 feet; thence North 0 16' 07"
32.00 feet; thence South 89 43' 53" West 2.95 feet to
the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th -!.t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
