A RESOLLrfION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA~.:~M
AM~qDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-49 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF CC~P~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE G~RAL UNIT
~REAS, the ~ Resources Director has reckaLm~led in a staff
report dated May 14, 1991, that the classification of Building Projects
Inspector be created, effective May 24, 1991; ar~
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-49 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to
the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees
Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the afor~nentioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follc~s:
1. That, effective May 24, 1991 through October 10, 1991, the
basic cu~L~ensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now ~1oyed or will in the future be employed in the
classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Building Projects Inspector U2 2209 A-E 1.15 x Building Inspector II
2. That, effective October 11, 1991 throu~ October 8, 1992, the
basic co~./u~ation plan for all officers and employees of the city of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be ~loyed in the
classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Building Projects Inspector U2 2303 A-E 1.15 x Building Inspector II
3. That, effective October 9, 1992 throu~ October 7, 1993, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now ~1oyed or will in the future be ~,~loyed in the
classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Building Projects Inspector u2 2418 A-E 1.15 x Building Inspector II
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 91R-49 is May 24, 1991.
AND, BE IT FORI~R RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum
of Understanding, dated February 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and
the General Unit of the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees Association apply to
the foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT FORI~R RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 91R-49 shall re~in in full force and effect.
THE FORH~OING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 21stday of May, 1991.
