RESOLUTION NO. 91R-79 ~{If~ ESTABLISHED I~ATES OF OC~P~SATION
FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGN~.'~U AS SUPerVISORY
WHerEAS, the Human P~so~rces Director has recommended in a staff
report dated May 14, 1991, that the classification of Building Inspection
Services Supervisor be created, effective May 24, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend R~solution
No. 91R-79 which established rates of cc~pensation for classifications
designated as Supervisory; and
WHerEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, TH~5~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-79 be amended by adding
the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Building Inspection Services Supervisor XU CR09
BE IT FtSRTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 9LR-79 is May 24, 1991.
AND, BE IT ~ORTH~R RESOLVED that except as amended herein
Resolution No. 91R-79 shall re~in in full force and effect.
THE FOPd~GOING RESOLUi~ON is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the city of Anaheim this 21st day of May, 1991.
