An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across those portions of Lot 1, Anaheim Exten-
sion as shown on a Map of Survey made by William Hamel
in 1868 and filed for record in Los Angeles County, a
copy of which is filed in the office of the County Recorder
of Orange County on Pages 163 et seq. of Book 3, entitled
Los Angeles County Maps, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: Beginning at the center line intersection of
Sycamore Street and East Street, as shown on a Map of
Tract 1648, recorded in Book 52, pages 3 and 4 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence
North 74 31' 10" East along the center line of said
Sycamore Street, a distance of 48.08 feet; thence
North 15 28' 50" West a distance of 30 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having
a radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearingSouth
15 28' 50" East passes through the point of beginning
of said curve; thence Westerly and Northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 90 06' 20' an arc
distance of 23.59 feet; thence South 74 37' 30" West
a distance of 33 feet to the center line of said
East Street; thence South 15 22' 30" East along the
center line of said East Street a distance of 45.09
feet to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of the above description, the center
line of East Street is assumed to be the West line,
the center line of Sycamore Street the South line,
and the center line of Glenwood Street the North line
of the above parcel of land.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of October 1965.

PARCEL TWO: Beginning at the center line intersection
of said East Street and Glenwood Street (formerly known
as Alberta Street) as shown on a Map of said Tract 1648;
thence South 15 22' 30" East along the center line of
said East Street a distance of 39.91 feet; thence
North 74 37' 30" East a distance of 33 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a
radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearing South
74 37' 30" West passes through the point of beginning
of said curve; thence Northerly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 89 53' 40' an arc
distance of 23.53 feet; thence North 15 28' 50" West a
distance of 25 feet to the center line of said Glenwood
Street; thence South 74 31' 10" West along the center
line of said Glenwood Street, a distance of 47.93 feet
to the point of beginning.
PARCEL THREE: An easement for public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 5.00 feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:
The Southerly 249.75 feet, measured from the center
line of Sycamore Street, ling Westerly of a line
parallel with and South 74 31' 10" West 815.00 feet
from the Easterly line of Lot 1 of Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a Map of Survey made by William Hamel in
1868 and filed for record in Los Angeles County, a
copy of which is filed in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, on pages 163 et seq., of
Book 3, entitled Los Angeles County Maps.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying within Sycamore
Street.
The Easterly 2 feet of the above described easement shall
be used for the overhang of electric wires and cross
arms.
