1965-565WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
March 2, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R -169 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 64 -65 -88 finding and determining that the prop-
erty and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to C -1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to
certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 65R -169
reads as follows:
AND WHEREAS, the City

WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -169 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 64 -65 -88 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending Condition No. 5 thereof to read as follows:
"5. That subject property shall be developed in
accordance with C -1, General Commercial Zone,
Site Development Standards."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 65R -169 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of August, 1965.
