WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to vit: An easement for road 4.0
D»blic ut ility zirwses
and
WHEREAS, the oiner s... of said property hauxg, offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of A n a h e i m that the offer of PATTL F TIATF and
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for read and
p blic utility ourvoses
and more partiCuIarly described as follows
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 25 feet of the Southerly 55
feet (as measured at right angles to the centerline of
Katella Avenue) of the West 240 feet of that portion of the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10.
West, S.B.B. M., lying East of the East line of the West
one (1) acre of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 23.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of December 19 65
