91-112 e. with the consent of the City, any combination of the above requested by the employee equal in cost to the City of the lump-sum entitlement. 4. Any eligible employee who separates service under the provisions of this Resolution by applying for and receiving a retirement from the Public Employees Retirement System shall receive additional service credit for the purpose of the City's Post Retirement Medical Program in the amount of one half (1/2) year for each month of Severance Pay eligibility. 5. Eligibility for the pay and benefits authorized under this Resolution shall terminate on December 31, 1991 unless extended by the City Council. The City Council reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate this program at any time thereafter.
