91-102 RESOLUTION NO. 91R- 102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE
GRANT OF A QUITCLAIM DEED AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore acquire
an easement for temporary construction purposes from the Anaheim
Hills Community Church; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified to the
completion of the construction project for which such temporary
easement was acquired; and,
WHEREAS, said easement expressly states that the
construction easement is to expire upon completion of
construction of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby acknowledge that the
construction project is complete and the temporary construction
easement has therefore terminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and city Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a
quitclaim deed to the temporary construction easement and to
forward said quitclaim deed to the Anaheim Hills Community Church
in order that said Church may clear title to its property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of April, 1991.
