3277ORDINANCE NO. 3277 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL l of 2: Lot 4 of Tract No. 925 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 29, pages 42,,43 and 44 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Excepting therefrom that portion thereof described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 4; thence along the Easterly line thereof South 00° 03' 47" East 211.12 feet to the Southeasterly corner of the land described in deed recorded June 6, 1946 in Book 1405, page 555 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence along the Southerly line of said land and the Northwest- erly prolongation thereof North 780 10' 46" West 258.11 feet to the Southwesterly corner of the land described in deed recorded June 6,,1948 in Book 1426, page 103 of said Official Records; thence along the Westerly line of said last mentioned land North 010 59' 14" East 211.00 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot 4; thence along said Northerly line South 780 10' 46" East 250.40 feet to the point of beginning. Also excepting therefrom those portions thereof lying Southerly of the Northerly lines of the land described in -1- 70-71-47(9) deeds to the County of Orange recorded September 20, 1967 in Book 8378, page 737 and November 10, 1967 in Book 8432, page 316, both of said Official Records. Also excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying Westerly and Northerly of the following described line: Beginning at the Westerly terminus of that certain course hereinabove cited as "North 78° 10' 46" West 258.11 feet"; thence along the Northwesterly prolongation thereof North 780 10' 46" West 3.89 feet; thence parallel with said East- erly line of Lot 4, South 00° 03' 47" East to the Northerly line of La Palma Avenue as described in said deed recorded September 20, 1967. PARCEL 2 of 2: Lot 4 of Tract No. 925 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 29, pages 42,43 and 44 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Also excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying Easterly and Southerly of the following described line: Beginning at the Westerly terminus of that certain course hereinabove cited as "North 78° 10' 46" West 258.11 feet" thence along the Northwesterly prolonga- tion thereof North 780 10' 46" West 3.89 feet; thence parallel with said Easterly line of Lot 4, South 000 03' 47" East to the Northerly line of La Palma Avenue as described in said deed recorded September 20, 1967. now is ORANGE COUNTY M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and ORANGE COUNTY 100-M1-20,0,00, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and that it be changed to and incorporated in the CITY OF ANAHEIM M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: -2- 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,,such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accor- dance with the standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer,.at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall install street lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director of Public Utilities, at the time the property is developed. "3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 4. That subject property shall be served with under- ground utilities. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. ' SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall oertify'to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
