3272ORDINANCE NO. 3272 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3252, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING TO ZONING. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3252 was adopted by the City Council on January 15, 1974; and WHEREAS, through inadvertance and clerical error, the legal description was incorrectly described therein; and WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That the legal description of Ordinance No. 3252 be, and the same is hereby amended nunc pro tuns to read as follows: PARCEL 1. That portion of Lot 18 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12 pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point midway between the southeasterly corner and the southwesterly corner of said lot, said point being also the southwesterly corner of the land conveyed to W. 4. Seaman and wife by deed recorded October 11, 1917 in Book 315, page 133 of Deeds, records of said Orange County, thence northerly 1337.16 feet (20.26 chains), along the westerly line of the land con- veyed to W. N. Seaman and wife by said deed, to the northwest corner of said parcel; thence northeasterly 308.50 feet along the northerly line of the land con- veyed by said deed; thence southerly to a point in the southerly line of said lot 308.50 feet, measured along said southerly line from the point of beginning; thence westerly 308.50 feet along said southerly line to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2. That portion of Lot 18 in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State. of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: -1- Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot, thence northerly 1353.00 feet (20.50 chains) along the east- erly line of said lot; thence westerly 685.41 feet (10.385 chains), along a line which, if extended, would intersect the westerly line of said lot at a point 1320.99 feet (20.015 chains) from the southwest corner of said lot, to a point midway between the easterly and westerly line of said lot; thence southerly 1337.16 feet (20.26 chains), to a point in the southerly line of said lot, midway between the southeast and southwest corners of said lot; thence easterly 539.22 feet (8.17 chains), to the point of beginning. Except that portion described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said lot, northerly 556.00 feet from the southeast corner of said lot; thence westerly 70.00 feet, at right angles; thence northerly 40.00 feet at right angles; thence easterly 70.00 feet to the easterly line of said lot; thence southerly 40.00 feet to the point of beginning. Also except that portion described as follows: Beginning at a point midway between the southeasterly corner and the southwesterly corner of said lot, said point being also the southwesterly corner of the land conveyed to W. N. Seaman and wife by deed recorded October 11, 1917 in Book 315, page 133 of Deeds, records of said Orange County, thence northerly 1337.16 feet (2.0.26 chains), along the westerly line of the land conveyed to W. N. Seaman and wife by said deed, to the northwest corner of said parcel; thence north- easterly 308.50 feet along the northerly line of the land conveyed by said deed; thence southerly to a point in the southerly line of said lot 308.50 feet, measured along said southerly line from the point of beginning; thence westerly 308.50 feet along_ said southerly line to the point of beginning. Also except the interest in the southeasterly 20 feet of said land which was reserved for road purposes by William H. Laney and Sue E. Laney in deed recorded October 11, 1917 in Book 315, page 133, Deeds, records of said Orange County. PARCEL 3. That portion of Lot 18 in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said lot, northerly 556.00 feet from the southeast corner of said lot; thence westerly 70.00 feet, at right angles; thence northerly 40.00 feet at right angles; thence easterly 70.00 feet to the easterly line of said lot; thence southerly 40.00 feet to the point of beginning. -2- PARCEL 4. That portion of Lot 1 of fractional Section 5 meridian in the County of Orange, State of Cali- fornia, according to the official plat of said land filed in the District Land Office lying westerly of the westerly right of way line of the California Central Railway as described in a deed recorded July 11, 1887 in Book 253, page 168, of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California. Except that portion thereof lying southerly of the following described line: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence north 5° 48' 00" west 550.90 feet along the east line of the Kraemer Tract as per map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, to the true point of beginning; thence north 78° 25' 00" east 582.95 feet to a point on said westerly right of way line, said point being distant along said right of way line south 14° 04' 38" west 656.60 feet from the intersection of said west- erly right of way line with the northerly line of said Lot 1 said line being also the northerly line of the' land described in the deed to General Electric Company, in a deed recorded August 181 1967 in Book 8346, page 395, of Official Records. Said land is included within the area shown on a map Orange County, in Book 1, page 2.9,.of. Record of Surveys. SECTION 2. In all other conditions and respects, Ordinance No. 3252 shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
