AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 3251, NUNC PRO TUNC,
RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3251 was adopted by the
City Council on January 15, 1974; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the legal description of the property therein was incorrectly
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention
to correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance No. 3251 be, and the same is
hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
Portion 1-a:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 7,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 3 in Tract
No. 1633, as shown on a map recorded in Book 47,
page 50, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California; thence N 0° 16' 20" W, 1,188.58
feet along the west line of said Tract 1633 to the
northwest corner thereof; thence N 890 361 20 E,
330.00 feet; thence S 00 16' 20" E, 100.00 feet to
an intersection with the north line of Lot 1 in
Tract 1569, as shown on a map recorded in Book 47,
page 17, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence N 89° 36' 20" E, 156.39 feet to the
northeast corner of Lot 3 in said Tract 1569; thence
S 00 16' 10" W, 133.00 feet along the east line of
said Lot 3, and the southerly prolongation thereof
to an intersection with the centerline of Woodley
Avenue; thence S 890 36' 20" E, 30 feet, more or less,
to an intersection with the northerly prolongation
of the westerly line of Lot 6 in said Tract 1569;
thence S 00 16' 10" E, 515 feet, more or less, along
said prolongation and west line of said Lots 6
through 12, all of said Tract 1569, to the northeast
corner of Lot 40 in the aforementioned Tract 1633;
thence S 00 16' 10" E, 350 feet along the east line
of said Lots 40 through 44, all of said Tract 1633,
to the southeast corner of said Lot 44; thence S 780
38' 3211 W, 81.45 feet to the southwest corner of said
Lot 44; thence northwesterly in a direct line to the
southeast corner of Lot 35 in said Tract 1633; thence
S 890 36' 2V W, 215.04 feet to an intersection with
the centerline of Kathryn Drive; thence S 0° 16' 10"

E, 95 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the
easterly prolongation of the south line of Lot 3 in
said Tract 1633, thence S 89° 34' 3V W, 129.28 feet
to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2.
In all other respects, Ordinance No. 3251 -shall
remain in -full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The Citv Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15)< days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
