AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14f CHAPTER 14.32, OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 14.32.151 RELATING
TO THREE-HOUR PARKING AND ADDING PARAGRAPH 90
TO SECTION 14,32.190 RELATING TO NO PARKING AT
ANY TIME,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code'be amended by adding Section 14.32,151 to read as
follows;
"14.32,151 THREE-HOUR PARKING -- STREETS DESIGNATED
It is unlawful for any person to park or leave parked any
vehicle for a period longer than three hours on the
following city streets and portions of streets, and the
Chief of Police is authorized and directed to post
immediately and maintain along these streets and portions
of streets appropriate signs designating parking_
restrictions.
Clementine Street, on both sides, from Cypress Street to
C aartoes Street."
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding Paragraph 90 to read as follows:
"14,32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME --- STREETS DESIGNATED
90, Katella Way, on both sides, from Manchester Avenue
to Kate a Avenue."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by mie
this 2nd day of January , 19 74.
