3244ORDINANCE NO. 3244 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 73R-476 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established by the Mohler Drive Annexation to said City certified by the Secretary of State April 2, 1973, said point of beginning being a point in the south line of Tract No. 117, as shown on a map recorded in Book 11, page 15, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, distant East 870.94 feet from the southwest corner of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 8 West, S.B.B. & M.; thence leaving said annexation boundary N 00 01' 00" W, 330.41 feet along the easterly line of the land described in deed recorded July 18, 1967 in Book 8314, page 249, Official Records of said Orange County, to an intersection with the northerly line of the land described in Parcel One in deed recorded April 8, 1960 in Book 5186, page 123, Official Records of said Orange County; thence N 89° 04' 29" E, 100.95 feet; thence S 82° 09' 14" E, 514.45 feet along a portion of the northerly line of the land described in the last mentioned deed to an intersection with the westerly line of the land described as Parcel One in the deed recorded January 30, 1973 in Book 10533, page 793, _1_ 73-74-21 Official Records of said Orange County; thence follow- ing along the last mentioned westerly line, the north- erly line and the easterly line of the land described in said Parcel One, the following courses and distances: N 6° 301 33" E, 361.67 feet; N 690 10' 30" E, 29.00 feet; S 69° 551 30" E, 313,46 feet; N 870 530 20" E, 106.12 feet; S 57° 11' 10" W, 140.71 feet; S 300 00' 00" W, 66.00 feet; S 15° 00' 00" W, 176.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Parcel One, said southeast corner also being the northeast corner of the land described in Parcel One in the aforementioned deed recorded April 8, 1960 in Book 5186, page 123, Official Records of said Orange County; thence ^following along the easterly line of the land described in the last mentioned deed the following courses and distances: S 120 00' 00" E, 55.00 feet; S 490 00" 00" E, 90.00 feet; S 12° 00' 00" W, 114.00 feet to an intersection with the southerly line of the aforementioned Tract No. 117, said point of intersection being in the existing Anaheim annexation boundary as established by the afore- mentioned Mohler Drive Annexation; thence West 937.91 feet along said existing annexation boundary, being a portion of the southerly line of said Tract No, 117 to the point of beginning. now is COUNTY OF ORANGE 100-E4-20,000 Small Estates District, and that it be changed to and incorporated in CITY_OF ANAHEIM R -A AGRICULTURAL ZONE. SECTION 2, The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The Citv Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
