AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3105, NUNC PRO
TUNC, RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3105 was adopted by the
City Council on the 12th day of December, 1972; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the legal description was incorrect; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention
to correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance No. 3105 be and the same is
hereby amended nunc pro tunc to correct the legal descrip-
tion of the property to read as follows:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of Lot 4 of the Travis Tract, County
of orange, State of California, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 5, nage 120, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Douglass
Street as conveyed to the County of Orange by deed
recorded October 7, 1926, in book 682, page 109,
Deeds, records of said Orange County, said point
being located 564.47 feet North 0° 04' 30" ilest
from the intersection of said center line with the
center line of Katella Avenue running thence North
00 04' 30" West 179.00 feet along the center line
of said Douglass Street; thence South 89° 32' 10"
East 350.00 feet; thence South 00 04' 30" East 179.00
feet; thence North 890 32" 10" West 350.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of Lot 4 of the Travis Tract, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 5, page 120,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows;
Commencing at a point in the center line of Douglass
Street as conveyed to the County of Orange by deed
recorded October 7, 1926, in book 682, page 109,
Deeds, records of said Orange County, said point
being located 564.47 feet North 00 04' 30" West
from the intersection of said center line with the

center line of Katella Avenue and running thence
North 00 04' 30" West 179.00 feet along the
center line of said Douglass Street; thence South
890 321 10" West 350.00 feet to the true point of
beginning of the parcel of land herein described;
continuing thence South 89° 32' 10" East 194.96
feet to the East line of said Lot 4; thence South
00 14' 10" West along said East line, 179.00 feet;
thence North 890 32' 10" West 193.99 feet to a
point which bears South 00 04' 30" West from the
true point of beginning; thence North 00 04' 30"
East 179.00 feet, more or less, to the true point
of beginning.
SECTION 2.
In all other respects Ordinance No. 3105 shall ,
remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of December , 19 73 .
