AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 13, CHAPTER 13.0 8 ,
SECTION 13.08.020 (CT) OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC
PARKS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANTAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 13, Chapter 13.08, Section 13.08.020(x)
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, be and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"°13.08.020 PROHIBITED CONDUCT GENERALLY.
(a) To sell or offer for sale any merchandise,
article or thing, whatsoever without first
obtaining permission from the City Council
so to do."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the ;passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of November , 1973.
