3217ORDINANCE NO. 3217
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3116, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING
TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3116 was adopted by the City
Council on the 19th day of December, 1972; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
conditions of paragraph 3 were improperly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That said Ordinance No. 3116 be, and the same is hereby
amended, as to Condition No. 3, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
"3. That the owners of subject property deed to the City
of Anaheim the following land for street widening
purposes:
A strip of land 45 feet in width from the centerline
of Ball Road, measured at right angles from said
centerline (30 feet existent);
A strip of land 53 feet in width from the centerline
along State College Boulevard measured at right
angles from said centerline (30 feet existing on most
of the land, 50 feet existing on some portions
thereof);
A strip of land 32 feet in width from the centerline
along each side of Winston Road, measured at right
angles from said centerline (20 feet existing on
the north side and variable dedication from 20 feet
to full dedication existing on the south side of
Winston Road);
A strip of land 45 feet in width from the centerline
along Cerritos Avenue, measured at right angles from
said centerline (full dedication existing on a por-
tion of the land and 20 feet existing on a portion)."
SECTION 2.
In all other respects, Ordinance No. 3116 shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu--

lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
9th day of October , 1973.
