3215ORDINANCE NO. 3215
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3036, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING
TO PARKING DURING SCHOOL HOURS RESTRICTED.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3036 was adopted by the City
Council on May 9, 1972; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
Section 14.32.272(r) was improperly stated and Section 14.32.
272(s) was inadvertently omitted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance No. 3036 be, and the same is
hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
"14.32.272(r) ROMNEYA DRIVE, north side, from the east
property line to the west property luxe
of the Patrick Henry Elementary School.
(s) SYCAMORE STREET, north side, from the
east property line to the west property
line of the Sycamore Junior High School."
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects Ordinance No. 3036
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of October 1973.
