AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-220 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of La Palma
Avenue, 106.00 feet wide as now established, said
centerline being the North line of said Lot 20,
distant thereon South 73° 02' 00" West 253.00 feet
from the intersection of said centerline with the
centerline of Kraemer Boulevard, 106.00 feet wide
as now established, along the East line of Lot 14
of said Kraemer Tract; thence South 160 55' 30" East
53.00 feet to the true point of beginning, said
point being the most northerly corner of the property
hereindescribed; thence South 160 55' 30" East 200.00
feet; thence North 730 02' 00" East 198.08 feet to a
point on the westerly line of the land conveyed to
the State of California, by deed recorded July 19,
1963, in Book 6636 page 845, Official Records, in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
said point being on a curve concave northeasterly and
having a radius of 2201.89 feet a radial to said point
bears South 700 31' 00" West thence southeasterly
along the arc of said curve, through a central angle
of 50 09' 44", a distance of 198.39 feet; thence con-
tinuing along the westerly and northwesterly line of
said land of the State of California the following
courses and distances; South 80 29' 49" East 159.58

feet; South 1° 30' 13" West 125.33 feet; South 80 19'
44" West 287.00 feet; thence South 23° 00' 13" West
72.25 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of the
land conveyed to the State of California by deed
recorded July 19, 1966, in Book 7993 page 295, Official
Records, in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County; thence southwesterly along said north-
westerly line the following courses and distances: South
420 20' 20" West 141.93 feet; South 630 04' 32" West
108.68 feet; South 700 02' 24" West 257.90 feet to a
point distant northeasterly thereon North 700 02' 24"
East 47.18 feet from the southerly line of said Lot 21;
thence North 160 58' 00" West 1093.81 feet, more or
less, to the intersection with a line parallel with and
distant southeasterly 53.00 feet, measured at right
angles, from the North line of Lot 20 of said Kraemer
Tract; thence North 73° 02' 00" East along said parallel
line 503.34 feet, more or less, to the true point of
beginning.
now is ORANGE COUNTY M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and ORANGE
COUNTY 100--M1-20,000, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in the CITY OF ANAHEIM M-1, LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accor-
dance with the standard plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is
developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall install
street lighting on all streets within the area as required by
the Director of Public Utilities, at the time the property is
developed.
3. That drainage of subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
4. That subject property shall be served with under-
ground utilities.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,

a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
