AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.152
OF THE ANS 1j1EIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
TWO-HOUR PARKING (NINE A.M. TO SIX P.M.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.152 of
the Anaheim municipal Code be amended to read as follows:
"14.32.152 TWO-HOUR PARKING -- STREETS DESIGNATED,
NINE A. M. TO SIX P.M., SATURDAYS F SUNDAYS
AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED.
It is unlawful for any person to park or leave parked any
vehicle for a period longer than two hours on the follow-
ing city streets and portions of streets, between the
hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. of any day except Satur-
days, Sundays and holidays, and the Chief of Police is
authorized and directed to post immediately and maintain
along these streets and portions of streets appropriate
signs designating parking restrictions:
(c) CHARTRES STREET, on both sides, between Helena Street
and Harbor Boulevard.
CHARTRES STREET, on the south side, from Philadelphia
Street to Emily Street.
(e) EMILY STREET, on the east side, from Chartres Street
to t e alley south of Chartres Street.
(m) MANCHESTER AVENUE, on both sides, from Loara Street
to Broadway.
(p) PHILADELPHIA STREET, on the west side, from Chartres
Street to the alley south of Chartres Street."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of July , 1973.
