3185ORDINANCE NO. 3185 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot 20 in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 12, Pages 87 and 88 of Miscel- laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 20; thence South 73 degrees 32' West 37.654 chains to the Southwest corner of Lot 15 in said Block "K"; thence South 16 degrees 25' 30" East 19.263 chains, more or less, to the Southerly line of said Lot 20; thence North 82 degrees 13' East 14.091 chains to the Southeast corner of said Lot 20; thence North 31 degrees 30' East 31.94 chains to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion as described in the Deed to Santa Ana Properties Company, a limited partnership, recorded September 22, 1961, in Book 5877, Page 666 of Official Records. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion as described in the Deed to Long Beach Leasing Corp., a California corporation, recorded March 12, 1965, in Book 7443, Page 695 of Official Records. 61-62-69(59) -1- ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Southeasterly, Southerly and Southwesterly of the Northerly line of the property described in the Deed to the State of California, recorded April 22, 1963, in Book 6515, Page 989 of Official Records. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Northwesterly of the Southeasterly line of the Orange County Flood Control right of way, as described in the Deed recorded November 10, 1960, in Book 5504, Page 8 of Official Records. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion as described in the Deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded December 9, 1965, in Book 7769, Page 192 of Official Records. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the fol- lowing described property: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel No. 1, as shown on Map filed in Book 39, Page 42 of Parcel Maps, records of said Orange County, said corner also being in the Southerly right of way line of Carpenter Avenue, as described in Deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded December 9, 1965, in Book 7769, Page 192 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence along said right of way line South 73 degrees 44' 00" West 55.30 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 47.00 feet; thence North- westerly along said curve through a central angle of 90 de- grees 000 00" an arc distance of 73.83 feet; thence tangent to said curve, along the Westerly line of Shepard Street, as shown on said Parcel Map, North 16 degrees 16' 00" West 50.00 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line, South 28 degrees 441 00" West 70.71 feet; thence South 73 degrees 44' 00" West 390.00 feet; thence South 16 degrees 16' 00" East 433.01 feet to a point in the Northerly line at that certain land described in Deed to the State of California recorded April 22, 1963, in Book 6515, Page 989 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence along said Northerly line and the Northerly line of that certain land described in deed to the State of California recorded June 1, 1965, in Book 7538, Page 645 of Official Records of said Orange County the following courses and distances: South 74 degrees 12' O1" East 5.32 feet, South 89 degrees 16' 18" East 129.11 feet, and South 77 degrees 55' 02" East 438.58 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Parcel No. 1; thence leaving said Northerly line and following the Westerly line of said Parcel No. 1 the following courses and distances: North 19 degrees 56' 10" West 223.33 feet, South 31 degrees 31' 30" West 21.01 feet, and North 14 degrees 421 17" West 249.87 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grad- ing and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work -2- shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners to the City of Anaheim the sum street lighting purposes, said the property is developed. of subject property shall pay of $2.00 per front foot for amount to be paid at the time 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee on the basis of compatability of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
