AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning from a point 660.61' East along the North
section line Section 22, and Ball Road and 53' South
of the center line intersection Ball Road and West
Street being the N.W. corner Section 22 T4S, R10W,
known to be the N.W. corner Parcel 1 also the South
right of way line Ball Road, thence South, bearing 0°
14' 13" East a distance of 243.711, thence S 890 58'
20" E a distance of 310.25' thence N 0° 08' 00" W a
distance of 41.521, thence N 540 31 00" E a distance
of 23.711, thence N 0° 00' 12" E a distance of 66.651,
thence N 890 45' 41" E a distance of 330.66' thence
N 00 14' 19" W a distance of 131.48' to a point being
the N.E. corner Parcel 1 thence S 760 48' 55 W a distance
of 107.33' to the end of curve, thence around curve,
chord bearing N'ly a distance of 151.52' def. angle 260
18' 29" to the beginning of curve, thence on tangent
bearing N 760 52' 36" W a distance of 39.92' to the
end of curve thence around curve, chord bearing Southerly
a distance of 26.52' def. angle 05° 03' 52" to the
beginning of curve and angle point, thence S 890 56'
57" W to the point of beginning known to be the N.W.
corner Parcel 1.

now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL
ZONE, and M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL RECREATION
ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in
accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in
the Office of the Citv Engineer, at the time the property is
developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City,of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That'the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 60(� per front foot for tree plant-
ing purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is
developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to
final building inspections.
5, That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural confor-
mance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
