AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3014, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING
TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3014 was adopted by the City
Council on February 15, 1972; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the conditions of paragraph 4 were improperly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance No. 3014 be, and the same is, hereby
amended, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
"4. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building
and zoning inspections."
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects Ordinance No. 3014
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the'Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of May , 1973.
