3161ORDINANCE NO. 3162
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
~ TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.04, BY ADDING SECTION
18.04.150; AND TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.64, SECTION
18.64.020(4E) RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 18, Chapter 18.04 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is, hereby amended by adding Section
18.04.150 reading as follows:
"Section 18.04.150 EXPLOSIVES
The storage of class "C" explosives may be per-
mitted in any zone subject to the conditions contained
in the Uniform Fire Code, but in no event shall such
storage exceed 20 pounds."
SECTION 2.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.64, Section 18.64.020(4E)
be, and the same is, hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 18.64.020(4E)
Explosive, storage of class "A" and "B" and
storage of class "C" in excess of 20 pounds."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 29thday of May , 19 73 .
